Hi Reader, Have you ever felt your natural strengths are overlooked, or been told you "need to speak up more?" Are you an introvert (or know one) who needs more confidence to move forward? I certainly experienced all this, and I gradually learned how to use my introvert strengths to move forward. That's why I started the Introverts Academy: to share how our valuable strengths can boost confidence, creativity, and resilience, leading to a more fulfilling career and life for us (and others). Now, I'm excited to share that the Awaken Your Introvert Strengths: Self-Coaching Journal for Reflection and Growth is finally here! It took a while to find the right title because this is more than just a journal. It's a complete self-coaching toolkit. I designed it to encourage introverts to use their quiet power to overcome real-life challenges and leverage their energy better. (I also created it to help preserve my energy by directing people to this comprehensive resource, freeing me up to create more valuable content.) What you will find inside:
"As both an introvert and a mental health professional, I found this book to be an incredibly valuable tool. The way the book helps you reflect on your strengths is both simple and deeply effective. What I appreciate most is how practical, structured, and thoughtfully designed it is. I think anyone, introvert or not, would benefit from using it as a self-coaching tool. This journal is now part of my personal and professional toolkit." ~ Melania Eliza Lumezanu, M.ADS If this journal resonates with you or you think of someone who could appreciate it as a gift, this journal is available in two formats:
If you purchase a copy, an honest review is a valuable way to help other introverts find this tool. It’s how the quiet voices get heard. I truly believe in this powerful journal and hope you too will find it useful. Warmly, Gabriela Casineanu, MSc, MBA, MBTI Did you like this email? |

Hi Reader, In the first few months after coming to Canada 23 years ago, I realized something: the more you help yourself, the more others are willing to help you. This thought came back to me this morning when I noticed how things have picked up since I became better at setting boundaries, and more assertive in my business outreach. Waiting for something to happen, or for others to help us, keeps us in a state that drains our energy. It is difficult to function and achieve good results in...
