Things are picking up ...

Hi Reader,

In the first few months after coming to Canada 23 years ago, I realized something: the more you help yourself, the more others are willing to help you.

This thought came back to me this morning when I noticed how things have picked up since I became better at setting boundaries, and more assertive in my business outreach.

Waiting for something to happen, or for others to help us, keeps us in a state that drains our energy. It is difficult to function and achieve good results in this way.

Pushing others doesn’t work either. We might see short-term gains, but "pushing" certainly jeopardizes long-term relationships.

We all deal with many things daily. That's why I don’t like receiving too many emails—certainly not those written in an aggressive tone, as if the sender is the only one who matters.

So I’ll simply mention a few events and resources below that you can tap into, if they pique your interest.

A) Introverts Academy Events
You can find them in the new Introverts Academy Calendar, and I'll be adding more along the way. Feel free to suggest webinar topics or different time zones you'd be interested in.

1) "Self-Coaching Skills" Series — First standalone event this weekend:

2) "Entrepreneurship" Series New standalone webinars @ 12 pm EDT:

B) A Collaborative Offer

C) The Membership Idea

I realize a list like this can feel overwhelming. This is why I am considering creating a membership for Introverts Academy—a dedicated space for those who want a wholistic approach to balancing life, career, and business. For a small monthly fee, you'll have access to resources, updates, and insider perks tailored specifically to the introverted experience.

Best,
Gabriela
